JUNIOR FAMILY HOTEL
LCastelli S.r.l., a hospitality business operating since 1980 and now under the leadership of Giorgia Castelli, is committed to embracing a new approach to tourism—one that offers hospitality services increasingly attentive to both people and the environment. The company’s objective is to promote a conscious respect for the local area by striving to reduce the environmental impact generated by its tourism activities, including through the active involvement of multiple stakeholders: from staff members to guests and suppliers. We hope that this first step, sustained by consistent commitment, will become a meaningful contribution toward improving the responsible use of natural resources.
Our Actions
Sustainable holidays for families and cyclists
We manage a resort dedicated both to families—whom we have been welcoming for generations—and to cycling enthusiasts and cycling groups (as members of ADRIABIKEHOTEL and promoters of excursions along the Cavallino-Treporti coastline, as well as routes extending toward Jesolo, Eraclea, and Caorle).
Our range of services places the utmost emphasis on respecting the local flora and fauna, the lagoon ecosystem, and the residents and local businesses of the Municipality of Cavallino-Treporti.
Our information office also promotes cycling excursions designed not only to showcase the area, but above all to encourage guests to engage with local commercial and artisan businesses, fostering exchanges from which meaningful intercultural experiences can emerge and grow.
Green Choices for a Better Future
Our corporate choices are reflected in responsible practices, including a careful and conscious approach to the consumption of natural resources, supported by thorough waste separation and recycling. We prioritize reusable materials and opt for the purchase of eco-friendly, fair-trade products and, whenever possible, goods sourced from the Veneto region.
We have eliminated the use of plastic bottles by introducing personalized, reusable glass bottles, supported by a microfiltered water dispensing system providing still and sparkling water, both chilled and at room temperature.
We offer guests personalized reusable bottles featuring the Hotel logo and the WAMI logo, supporting the Wami Bottles program, which develops water access projects in communities without safe water. As an alternative, we also provide still water in Tetra Pak packaging.
Commitment to Water and the Planet
The Junior Family Hotel is located on a coastline classified as medium-high water risk, and therefore is committed to minimizing water waste as much as possible. This is achieved through thorough staff training aimed at reducing water usage during cleaning activities, as well as by raising guest awareness to encourage responsible behaviors (as outlined in the various policies below).

Barrier-Free Accessibility
We believe that the only form of hospitality is inclusive: “TOURISM FOR EVERYONE!” Here, INCLUSIVITY means accessibility—everyone should be able to enjoy their vacation without compromises or obstacles.
In the winter of 2025/2026, we will implement accommodation solutions free of architectural barriers, including accessible and inclusive rooms. Our dining services are attentive to all forms of intolerances or allergies and cater to the dietary needs of athletes and/or children.
We also provide beach services through Lido di Ca’ di Valle Scarl (an affiliated company), enabling access to the beach for people with mobility challenges and offering amphibious chairs for safe entry into the sea.
Ethics Without Discrimination
We are fully committed to a policy against all forms of exploitation and harassment, particularly targeting children, adolescents, women, as well as minorities and other vulnerable groups.
Furthermore, we are dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on gender, race, religion, disability, or any other factor, while ensuring good working conditions and, wherever possible, opportunities for career development.
We also ensure that our suppliers adhere to these same values.
Valuing the Local Territory and Businesses
Our work also focuses on promoting local sustainability by supporting small local businesses, for example by showcasing their products in the Hotel’s common areas to help boost their visibility and sales.
Regarding suppliers, preference is given to those who adopt sustainable management practices, such as obtaining environmental, process, or product certifications (e.g., Ecolabel or FSC), and using low-impact transportation methods for their deliveries.

These choices are driven by a deep commitment shared by both the owners and staff, which has led us to raise awareness among guests and suppliers and to implement a sustainable management model aimed at achieving GSTC certification—the international body that sets sustainability standards for the global hospitality and tourism sector.
