HOW TO REACH VENICE
By ATVO bus
Once out of the hotel, turn left and walk the remaining stretch of Corso Italia to reach Via Fausta. Here, cross the pedestrian crossing and reach the ATVO bus stop “Ca’ di Valle” (bus stop number 22), immediately on the left.
ATVO bus number 5 or 5/ (direct to Punta Sabbioni – Venice) will take you to the terminus, from where you can reach the boat departure points for Venice.

For departure, look for the location ‘Cavallino‘ in the direction of Punta Sabbioni
By car
Drive along the final stretch of Corso Italia and enter Via Fausta, turning left. Continue straight for about 10 km and reach the ‘Car Park Zanella‘ private car park (5 to 7 euro per car).
Just 100 metres from the car park is Pier 5, at Piazzale di Punta Sabbioni, from where you can take advantage of the ‘Il doge di Venezia boat excursions’ transfer service. Alternatively, you can use the public ACTV service, departing from Piazzale di Punta Sabbioni.
Once you arrive at Punta Sabbioni, you can choose whether to reach Venice via the public boat service ACTV or the private service ‘Il Doge di Venezia boat excursions’.
Using public transports
At the end of the bus journey, at Piazzale di Punta Sabbioni, there will be the ACTV lagoon boat service direct to Venice: you can choose line number 14 (with an intermediate stop at Lido di Venezia) or number 15 (direct to San Marco – Venice).
Tickets can be purchased directly at Piazzale di Punta Sabbioni, at the ‘Venezia Unica’ point of sale, at the price of €16 (round trip).

“Il Doge di Venezia boat excursions” offers a round trip transfer service at various times, which can be purchased for only 15 euros via the website or directly on site.

Burano, Murano e Torcello
To reach the islands of the Venetian Lagoon, there are two convenient possibilities: you can leave from Punta Sabbioni with the private means of ‘Il Doge di Venezia boat excursions’ or leave from Treporti with ACTV public transport.
With “Il Doge di Venezia boat excursions”

By car or public transports
If you have a car, you can easily drive to Treporti, from where you can reach the islands of the Venetian Lagoon by public boat service ACTV.
You can leave your car in the nearby private car park of the Treporti Terminal. Here are the driving directions:
By bus, you can reach Treporti thanks to bus number 5 (changing at Ca’ Savio) and bus number 7, available at the timetables below:
The ACTV public boat service connects Treporti with the islands of Burano, Torcello, Murano and Venice. Transport runs from 05.40 in the morning until 23.55.
